Dave and I met studying Music at Southampton University. After graduating we played in various bands and projects before forming our duo ‘Music by Kate and Dave’ and we’ve been together ever since! We got married in 2015 and now have two little ones to complete our family along for the ride too.
Between us we have over 13 years of professional performing experience playing at weddings, parties, festivals, clubs – even castles! Music has played such a massive part in our lives both separately and together. After playing at hundreds of weddings, we realised that what stood out for us were the little personal touches which make a wedding unique and memorable. We decided to form Music By Kate and Dave as we’re extremely passionate about creating the perfect ambience using thoughtful, personal and emotional arrangements. We wanted to offer a bespoke service that really means something and that will stay with you forever!
